1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, services, and digital platforms of Arelic Homes Private Limited ("Arelic"), including but not limited to arelichomes.com, StoneFlow marketplace, StoneLedger 360, AI Visualizer, Project Cost Estimator, and CRAFTNET, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arelic Homes Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
2. Description of Services
Arelic provides the following services, subject to these terms:
Marble Engineering
Professional marble surface engineering including diagnostics, installation, restoration, polishing, and sealing services.
StoneFlow Marketplace
A digital platform connecting customers with verified marble and stone dealers across India.
StoneLedger 360
SaaS platform providing digital inventory management, CRM, and showroom solutions for marble dealers.
AI Visualizer
AI-powered tool for visualizing marble and stone in various room settings.
Project Cost Estimator
Tool for estimating marble project costs including materials, labor, and additional services.
CRAFTNET
Network of certified marble applicators for project execution across India.
3. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts, placing orders, or requesting services.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of our digital platforms.
- Not use our content, images, or data for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and notify us of unauthorized access.
- Not engage in activities that could harm the reputation of Arelic or its partner network.
4. StoneFlow Marketplace Terms
4.1 Nature of Platform
StoneFlow is a marketplace that connects buyers with verified dealer partners. Arelic facilitates the transaction but is not the direct seller of marble and stone products listed by partner dealers.
4.2 Product Information
While we strive for accuracy, natural stone products may vary in color, veining, and pattern from images displayed. Physical inspection at the dealer showroom is recommended for high-value purchases.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are indicative. Final pricing may vary based on slab selection, dimensions, finish, and current market conditions. Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.4 Slab Reservation
The 48-hour slab reservation feature locks a specific slab for your review. Reservation does not guarantee purchase and is subject to dealer confirmation. Reserved slabs that are not confirmed within the reservation period will be released back to general inventory.
5. Engineering Service Terms
5.1 Estimates & Quotations
All cost estimates provided through our website, AI tools, or representatives are approximate and subject to change after physical site assessment. Formal quotations will be provided after site inspection and are valid for 15 days from date of issue.
5.2 Warranty
Engineering services are backed by Arelic's service warranty as specified in the project agreement. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by service type and will be clearly communicated before project commencement. Warranty is managed through GridCert.
5.3 Site Access
Clients must provide safe and adequate access to the project site. Any delays caused by restricted access, site unpreparedness, or third-party interference may result in revised timelines and additional charges.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by Arelic Homes Private Limited. This includes but is not limited to:
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Arelic Homes Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Natural stone products are subject to natural variations. We do not guarantee exact color matching between different slabs, lots, or quarry batches.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
We encourage resolving disputes amicably. Please contact us first, and we will endeavor to address your concerns within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice via email or website notification.
