Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

At Arelic Homes Private Limited, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to our marble engineering services, StoneFlow marketplace orders, consultation bookings, and StoneLedger 360 subscriptions. We are committed to transparency and fairness in all our dealings.

Service & Consultation Bookings

Free Inspections

All initial site inspections and consultations are complimentary. You may cancel or reschedule at any time with no charges by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

Paid Diagnostic Services (AFS HealthScan)

If cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a ₹500 rescheduling fee. No-shows will forfeit the diagnostic fee.

Engineering Projects

Once a project contract is signed and advance payment is made, cancellation terms are governed by the project agreement. Generally: cancellation before work commencement will result in a refund minus 10% administrative fee. Cancellation after work has commenced will be prorated based on work completed.

StoneFlow Marketplace Orders

Before Slab Reservation Confirmation

Orders can be cancelled at any time before the 48-hour slab reservation is confirmed by the partner dealer. Full refund of any advance payment will be processed within 7 business days.

After Slab Reservation / Before Dispatch

Cancellations after slab reservation but before dispatch will incur a 5% restocking fee. Custom-cut slabs (CNC work, specific dimensions) are non-refundable once cutting has commenced.

After Dispatch

Once material has been dispatched, cancellations are subject to return shipping costs borne by the customer. Material must be returned in original condition. Refund (minus shipping and handling) will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned material.

Damaged / Defective Material

If material arrives damaged or does not match the specifications, a full replacement or refund will be provided at no cost. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

StoneLedger 360 Subscriptions

Free Plan

The Starter plan (up to 50 slabs) is free forever with no cancellation required.

Paid Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with a prorated refund for the remaining months minus a 15% early termination fee.

Data Export

Upon cancellation, you can export all your data (inventory, customer records, reports) within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.
