The Decode Score is a transparent, four-pillar diligence framework that scores every apartment across Structure, Systems, Society and Safety. Each pillar is inspected on-site by a certified reliability engineer, combined with drone thermography, RERA and society due diligence, and a proprietary condition-monitoring model developed inside Arrelic Reliability.
FlatDecode operates as an independent, non-brokerage platform — we do not sell apartments, only diligence. The service is live across ten Indian cities with a stated target of 100,000 inspections by 2027.
