FlatDecode, the property-tech business of Arelic Global, has announced the nationwide roll-out of its Decode Score — a four-pillar diligence framework covering Structure, Systems, Society and Safety for residential apartments. The company aims to complete 100,000 inspections by 2027 and has already onboarded reliability engineers across ten Indian cities.
