The Professional Management & Development in Engineering fellowship.
PMDE is Arelic’s 18-month fellowship for high-potential engineering graduates. Fellows rotate through Arrelic Reliability, Arelic Digital, and one consumer business (FlatDecode or Arelic Homes) before choosing a permanent function.
